Located in the heart of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, the Swinburne University Wantirna campus is home to purpose-built teaching and learning facilities that provide practical training. 

Refurbishment of Levels 1 – 3 of the WS Building at the Wantirna Campus works consisted of a re-model to the Nursing Facility which comprised demolition of existing walls, floor coverings and ceiling to make way for a new 60 seat lecture theatre and the creation of new Nursing Labs, Simulation Ward, Classrooms, Staff Areas and a Boardroom. 

Works included installation of new foor coverings, internal walls, acoustic panels, ceiling, paint finishes and new mechanical and electrical systems to suit the new uses.
