The installation involved the installation of new switchboards, cabling, and electrical distribution systems throughout the hotel, ensuring a reliable power supply to all areas of the hotel. The data and communication system installation involved the installation of fibre and structured cabling, Wi-Fi systems, and telecommunication systems throughout the hotel, enabling guests to enjoy a seamless and reliable connection to the internet and other communication services.

The security system installation involved the installation of CCTV systems, Saflok access control systems, and alarm systems throughout the hotel. This provided guests with a secure and safe environment while protecting the hotel’s assets. The audio visual system installation involved the installation of audio and visual systems and hearing augmentation in conference rooms, event spaces, and other areas of the hotel, enhancing the hotel’s ability to host events and provide guests with a high-quality audio and
visual experience.

The solar system installation involved the installation of solar panels and related infrastructure, providing the hotel with a sustainable and cost-effective energy source while reducing reliance on the grid.
