This six-storey mixed-use building is the new headquarters of Ninety-Four Feet and has been designed as a vertical community, featuring premium workspaces, communal rooftop spaces, an auditorium, and activated laneways.

As a design and construct engagement, EDSA Group worked closely with the developer, architect, and builder to deliver a customised and integrated electrical solution tailored to the project’s design and operational needs.

Our scope included the installation of all electrical infrastructure, encompassing main switchboards, distribution boards, and substation works, ensuring a robust and reliable power supply across all six levels. The project also featured the installation of a solar PV system to support the development’s sustainability objectives and reduce reliance on grid power.

The data and communications scope included structured cabling systems to provide high-speed connectivity throughout the building. EDSA also delivered a fully integrated Salto access control security system to manage secure access across all floors and shared amenities.

Open Court’s rooftop is designed as a shared recreational and breakout space for building occupants and community groups, featuring garden zones, an auditorium, and a half-court basketball area. Our electrical systems support the activation of these communal areas with smart lighting, power, and security infrastructure.
