The purpose-built education facility includes a commercial kitchen, theatre, student amenities, administrative offices, and three standalone learning pods designed to enhance flexible education delivery.

Engaged as the electrical contractor for the project, EDSA Group worked closely with the builder, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver a complete electrical and communications solution tailored to the school’s operational and technological needs.

Our scope included the full installation of electrical infrastructure, including light and power throughout the facility, new main switchboard installation, and a pillar upgrade to support increased electrical capacity. Civil works were also completed to enable infrastructure upgrades and site-wide connectivity.

The lighting system was fully automated using DALI, delivering smart, energy-efficient control across all internal spaces. In addition, we installed custom AV light bars within the theatre to support performance and presentation requirements.

The data and communications package provided high-speed connectivity across the school, ensuring a future-ready digital environment for students and staff.
