Featherbrook Shopping Centre in Point Cook, Victoria, is a well-established retail destination developed by Central Equity and completed in 2018, featuring a full-line Woolworths supermarket and 28 specialty retail, dining, and service tenancies including cafes, restaurants, health services, and convenience retailers. Strategically located on the corner of Boardwalk Boulevard and Sneydes Road, the centre is designed for accessibility with single-level retail, ample parking, and direct entry to all stores, making it a highly functional and community-focused shopping hub in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

EDSA Group delivered the complete electrical and technology services package for the project, including electrical light and power installation, structured communications and data cabling, dry fire systems, and security systems such as CCTV and access control. The works required coordination across multiple tenancies and disciplines to ensure compliance with Australian standards, seamless integration of services, and efficient delivery aligned with the construction programme.

Featherbrook Shopping Centre continues to operate as a high-performing retail precinct, supported by robust electrical infrastructure and integrated systems that enable reliable day-to-day operations for tenants and a high-quality experience for visitors.
