Prime site of over 1000 sqm in the heart of Dandenong, Court Services Victoria (Children’s Court) occupies the first 3 levels and office tenancy space occupy levels 3 & 4.⁠ Community connection via street level activation was a major focus of the design of this civic space. Also of note is the ‘ribbon’ that wraps around 3 faces of the building and folds out to become a feature canopy on Langhorne Street.
